Delete your Guidely account

In the app

Open Guidely, go to Account and choose Delete my account. Confirm, and the account is deleted straight away. This works the same in the iPhone, Android and web apps.

What is deleted

Your sign-in and password, your name and email address, your device registrations for notifications, your notifications, your private calendar feed and your profile details (languages and qualifications). Upcoming tours and tasks assigned to you go back to the open schedule for other guides.

What is kept

Past tours and tasks you worked stay in the team's schedule and history, without your name or email, because the team needs them for its records. Downloaded calendar copies are controlled by your calendar provider; remove the subscribed calendar there as well. To use Guidely again you need a new invitation from a manager.

If you can't sign in

Email razvan.petre@gmail.com from the email address you use for Guidely, with the subject Delete my Guidely account. We confirm the address belongs to you and delete the account within 30 days. Do not send passwords or verification codes.

Email a deletion request

Deleting the app from your phone does not delete your account.
