Guidely is the work app for tour guides and their managers: see open tours and tasks, claim them, follow your own schedule and get notified about changes.

Getting access

Guidely accounts are by invitation. Your manager adds you with your work email; you'll receive an invitation by email. Then open Guidely, choose Create an account and use that same email. An email that hasn't been invited can't create an account; ask your manager for an invitation.

Signing in

Use the email and password you chose. If you forgot your password, choose Forgot password on the sign-in screen and follow the email. Verification codes and links expire, so request a new one if needed.

Notifications and calendar

Turn notifications on in Account. You can also add your assignments to your phone's calendar with a private calendar link, and switch it off there at any time.

Delete your account

In the app: Account, then Delete my account. See what is deleted and what is kept.
